Our mission is to provide choice to both workers and employers by sourcing and preparing a trained workforce with flexible scheduling.  Workers at all skill levels receive on-the-job and classroom training, developing hard skills, soft skills, and legal knowledge specific to our industry. Training topics include OSHA safety, Fair Housing, and trauma-informed customer service.
